Scientists on the Ballot will demystify the process of running for office for scientists and other Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics leaders, with a focus on people of color.

During this seminar, we will be addressing the systems in place that limit scientists’ and people of colors’ ability to run for office. The symposium will consist of several seminars that also include networking, skill-building, and engagement opportunities. This symposium will also serve to provide BIPOC scientists with a rigorous and engaging seminar series of diverse professionals.
